What you can do in the manager account

Everything below already works in the account. We have grouped it by the job you are doing.

Your working day

  • Booking centre: today’s arrivals and departures, changeovers and who is staying right now.
  • A seven-day plan and search by property, address, guest or booking number.

Bookings and guests

  • Confirm or decline booking requests for the properties an owner has given you access to.
  • Message the guest and send them a link to the property. You see the full message in the guest’s language before it goes.

Entrusted properties

  • A list of the properties owners have entrusted to you: listing status, next arrival and departure, occupancy and open requests.
  • For each property you see the management rate you agreed with the owner.

AI administrator

  • The day overview and week plan, booking search, unpaid bookings and a financial summary. It takes numbers only from platform data.
  • It drafts a message to the guest, and a person sends it. Anything the owner has to decide is handed over to the owner.

Your management fee

  • You set your public management rate yourself, as a percentage of the owner’s revenue.
  • Properties already entrusted to you keep the rate the owner agreed to. Changing your public rate does not affect them.
  • A per-property breakdown for any period: bookings total, platform commission, owner revenue and your fee.

What stays with the owner

  • Prices, publishing the listing and cancelling a confirmed booking. The manager account has no button for any of them.
  • You only have access to properties an owner has entrusted to you, and the owner can withdraw it at any time.

What we cannot do yet

We say it upfront, so you know what to plan for.

  • Connection to Booking.com, Airbnb and other portals: bookings made elsewhere are not imported yet.
  • Online payments for guests and for the subscription: no payment gateway is connected yet.
  • The referral programme: you will see a link and a promo code in your account, but properties cannot be connected through them yet.
  • Choosing the cities you work in: until it exists in the account, owners will not find you when they choose a manager.
  • Cleaning and maintenance tasks, and invoices to owners.
  • Shared access for several people in one manager account: for now only the person who created the account can use it.

How to start

    Account and application

    Sign in or create an account and fill in the application: company name, country and city.

    Review

    The Attello team reviews the application and opens your manager account.

    Your first property

    An owner entrusts a property to you in their account and agrees to your rate. From then on you handle its bookings and guests.

Plans differ in the number of properties in the referral programme and in the share of the platform commission. You change your plan in the account under Plans and payments.
